How We Work

We work hand-in-hand with local communities to prevent, manage, and overcome situations that adversely affect a community’s wellbeing – whether health, social, finance, or otherwise. We believe it is this approach that will help take Africa forward without losing the things that make our continent great.

Our Philosophy

Our philosophy is grounded in a belief in the importance of locally driven development projects. Community programs build goodwill and a spirit of togetherness for all who participate. We belief that success will be achieved when everyone, from community members to business and government, unites behind common interest and a shared vision for the future. As such, our goal is to critically analyze local challenges to understand what the community wants for its future, map out initiatives that address challenges, bring people together, and then work with everyone to build a vision of, and provide project leadership for getting to, that goal.

Our Approach

Using a Ground-Up approach, we work with community stakeholders including administrators, elected officials, traditional rulers, congregations, neighborhood groups, and organizations to engage, train and empower grass root leaders to organize their communities and start development efforts that improves their quality of life.

We believe that when adverse and inequality conditions are ameliorated, families are strengthened and the community is collectively redeemed.
